Due to previous training and experience in Primary Mental Health Care, when treating clients with mild to moderate mental health issues, such as depression & low mood, anxiety & worry, stress & sleep issues, fears & phobias, panic attacks, obsessive compulsive disorder (OCD), and low self-esteem, I frequently combine hypnotherapy with evidence based psychological interventions/brief Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT). Homework tasks can also be used between sessions to re-enforce the interventions and positive suggestions made during hypnotherapy
